Salad!!!!

I bought lettuce this week because it was on sale, and I have ate (eaten?) a salad every single day.
I am addicted!
I guess that is a great thing to be addicted to though.
I think it's mostly because I have found the most delicious salad dressing. and shockingly enough it is not caesar - formerly the ONLY dressing I ate.

and I made homemade pizza the other day.
the last time I made homemade dough it didn't rise enough this time it raised too much!
well Lee thought so anyway, I like a nice thick pizza dough
